  17.      The following DEMOB (demobilization - pronounced "demobe")
  18. CRITIQUE SHEET is from the experience of Bill Pennington, WA6SLA,
  19. OES Region IV Radio Officer and ARRL DEC for the Central Sierra
  20. Counties:
  21.      Shortly after the incident a meeting and critique should be
  22. held for the whole operation.  It should include inputs from the
  23. following Demob Critique Sheets.  The findings and their cures
  24. should be published for other organizations to use --- especially
  25. organizations which provided mutual aid.
